Do I need to be a strong swimmer?
You need to be reasonably comfortable in the water. You'll need to demonstrate basic swimming skills and be able to float/tread water for 10 minutes.
What if I have a medical condition?
You'll need to complete a medical questionnaire. Some conditions require a doctor's clearance before diving. We'll review this with you before starting.
Can I complete the course faster?
