Diving Courses

We offer PADI and SSI certified diving courses from beginner to professional levels. All courses are conducted by certified instructors and follow international standards.

• • Courses include theory, confined water, and open water training
• • Digital learning materials are provided
• • Equipment rental is included unless otherwise stated
• • Certification cards are issued upon successful completion

Dive Packages

We organize dive trips and packages to various destinations worldwide. Packages may include accommodation, meals, diving, and transportation as specified.

• • Minimum participant numbers may apply
• • Itineraries may change due to weather or safety concerns
• • Travel insurance is strongly recommended

Equipment Rental

We provide well-maintained diving equipment for rent. All equipment is serviced regularly and meets safety standards. Customers are responsible for proper use and care of rented equipment.

Booking Process

• • All bookings must be made through our website, email, or phone
• • A deposit is required to confirm your booking
• • Full payment is due 30 days before the start date
• • Bookings made within 30 days require immediate full payment
• • You will receive a confirmation email with booking details

We accept the following payment methods:

• • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• • PayPal
• • Bank Transfer
• • Cash (for on-site bookings only)

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices include:

• • Course or package fees as described
• • Equipment rental (where specified)
• • Certification fees (for courses)

Prices do not include: travel insurance, personal equipment purchases, accommodation (unless specified), meals (unless specified), or gratuities.

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that diving activities involve risks including but not limited to:

• • Decompression sickness
• • Embolism, oxygen toxicity, nitrogen narcosis
• • Hypothermia and hyperthermia
• • Marine life injuries
• • Equipment failure
• • Drowning or serious injury

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AquaVenture Diving shall not be liable for:

• • Personal injury, death, or property damage arising from diving activities
• • Acts of God, weather conditions, or natural disasters
• • Third-party actions or negligence
• • Your failure to follow instructions or safety guidelines
• • Pre-existing medical conditions

Insurance

We strongly recommend that all participants maintain comprehensive travel and dive accident insurance. We are covered by DAN (Divers Alert Network) for emergency evacuation and hyperbaric treatment, but this does not replace personal insurance.

Cancellation by Customer

If you need to cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees apply:

• • More than 30 days before: Full refund minus 10% administration fee
• • 15-30 days before: 50% refund
• • 7-14 days before: 25% refund
• • Less than 7 days: No refund

Cancellations must be made in writing via email. The cancellation date is the date we receive your written notice.

Cancellation by AquaVenture

We reserve the right to cancel any course or package due to:

• • Insufficient participant numbers
• • Unsafe weather or sea conditions
• • Equipment failure or safety concerns
• • Force majeure events

In case of cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking once free of charge if done more than 14 days before the start date. Subsequent changes or changes within 14 days are subject to a $50 rescheduling fee, subject to availability.
